Proces rekrutacji:

Dlaczego informacje są w języku angielskim? - ponieważ tym językiem będziecie posługiwać się w czasie projektu. Bez obaw, nie musisz mówić oxford english, czasem ważniejsza jest chęć nawiązania kontaktu niż poprawność językowa.
Title of the project: Culture Unites
Duration of volunteering: 3 months starting from 01.04 and ending on 30.06
Activities: The main focus of their work will be the participaton in the annual urban art festival Street Art Fest (SAF). The volunteers will be included in every aspect of activities before and during the festival, according to their interests and preferences. They will be included in the distribution of information about the festival, they will create their own articles, photos and videos. They will support the construction of the festival area. They will support the workshops and the concerts. They will participate in the capturing and reporting the happenings during the festival. Also the volunteers will act as cultural ambassadors as they will visit local schools where each volunteer will have 3 workshops and presentations about the importance of culture in forming and uniting communities.
More specifically, the volunteers will participate in the following activities:
1. Participation in the programming of the festival.
2. The volunteers will help to create the webpage of the festival.
3. Communication with partners. The volunteers will be engaged in keeping in touch with the artists involved in the project.
4. Collaboration with local schools and institutions.
5. All volunteers will be encouraged and supported to develop their own project related to their experience, interests and ideas.
6. Work in the Hub-a - a co-working space managed by the Foundation.
Volunteers profile: We are looking for motivated volunteers with the following qualities:
- aged between 18-30 from all walks of life
- open-minded young people who are interested in our areas of activities, in particular the culture aspect
- with a basic knowledge of English and motivation to improve it
- willingness to actively participate in our activities- no previous experience or particular degree required
- with positive attitude and desire to learn
- flexible, tolerant, adaptable and willing to share cultural experience
- the ability to work in team and independently
